As the role of IT within global business becomes increasingly sophisticated, there is an increased demand for those who can provide innovative leadership to bridge technology and strategy, backed by practice and research. As a result, the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne has developed the Master of Information Systems (Executive) to address this growing need.
As the only course of its kind in the Asia Pacific region, it has been designed for ambitious senior information technology managers already in an executive role and those who aspire to be a C-level executive. As a student of this course, you’ll gain strategic expertise to influence decision-making, learn advanced collaborative skills to manage complex team, and gain the ability to identify, understand, evaluate and communicate operational issues.
As a graduate of the Master of Information Systems (Executive) you will gain the same qualification and graduation certificate as an on-campus student because you will achieve identical learning outcomes from the same academics that teach our on-campus courses. You will also be invited to attend a graduation ceremony in Melbourne.
